Mefats Aviation Academy and Pinamalayan Colleges Inc. of Mindoro Sign MOA for Enhanced Training for College of Tourism and Hospitality Management

In a significant move to bolster the education and training of tourism and hospitality students, Mefats Aviation Academy and Pinamalayan Colleges of Mindoro have officially signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) aimed at establishing a collaborative framework for skills development and experiential learning. The partnership will enable Pinamalayan’s aspiring professionals to engage in focused flight attendant (FA) training and immersive workshops, ensuring that students receive comprehensive practical knowledge in aviation and customer service. Mefats Aviation Academy, renowned for its specialized courses and high standards in aviation training, will provide its expertise, thus paving the way for students to learn directly from industry professionals.
Beyond the FA training, the MOA will also facilitate a series of seminars and workshops tailored for students from various academic programs at Pinamalayan Colleges. This initiative is designed to foster interdisciplinary learning and skill-sharing among students, enhancing their overall educational experience. Attendees will benefit from specialized modules addressing current trends in tourism and hospitality, allowing them to gain insights into market demands and industry standards. This collaboration not only strengthens the curriculum but also aims to produce highly qualified graduates who are well-prepared to excel in the competitive tourism sector.
Present in the MOA Signing are Mr. Ryan Bautista of Pinamalayan Colleges Dean, QMR and TES Focal; Mr Ron Manzanilla, Pres. and Owner of Mefats Aviation Academy; and Mefats Sales and Marketing Team with Ms. Ivy Macadaya, Ms. Kristine Angela Manzanilla, and Mr. Phil James Manzanilla who is also the Opearations Manager of Mefats.
